Shipping & Delivery Policy

What you receive

A licence to use the ClearMyRound desktop application for Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit), for the listening time or the period of the plan you choose. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

How it is delivered

• The app is downloaded from clearmyround.com/download.
• Your plan is added to your account automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within a minute. It works on every laptop you sign in on with the same Google account. There is no key to enter and nothing to wait for in the post.
• A confirmation email is sent to the address of the Google account the plan was bought with.

Delivery time and charges

• Delivery is immediate after payment.
• There are no delivery or shipping charges.
• It is available wherever the app runs — any Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) computer with an internet connection.

If your plan does not arrive

If a paid plan has not appeared in the app within 30 minutes of paying, email support@clearmyround.com with the email address of your Google account. A plan we failed to deliver is our fault, and it is refunded in full under our cancellation and refund policy if we cannot fix it.
